You have the right to return any unused and unworn item within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@chilia4kids.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@chilia4kids.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear (without the hygiene liner), and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
